Paragon inventory not right?

I just recently got paragon about a week ago. Is my inventory supposed to hold more tier 6 cc? Cause I need 3 to upgrade a champ to rank 5 and I can only hold 2? This a bug?

    Not necessarily. Could have just speedran through story content. Probably doesn't have acts4-6 explored.

    Yeah exactly what I did. Haven’t even explored act 5 yet. But have spent my fair share of money lol
