Do we know drop rates for these?

I got these from the double track event. Asked my aliance but they dont seem to know anything about this. Not sure if i should feel lucky or they are common

Each of the other rarities have a 1.25% chance per piece to drop, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same for this one.
