Id say, it is a tossup between Knull, Viv and iceman for me.
Knull: Significantly reduces his ramp.
Viv: LOTS of burst extra. benefits heavily for damage
Iceman: More frostbites, more damage.

Hulkling is nice to have, the fury duration is awesome, but sig100/60 is good enough.
LS is more for defense, and the rest arent needed at max sig.
