In game purchase issue

Was buying the collectors daily card with net banking...after first transaction I didn't get any reward nor the subscription...so I thought transaction has failed and the game again let me do a second purchase of collectors daily card and after 2 nd transaction the subscription(reward) started...but immediately message popped up that both my transaction were successful and my money is being debited twice....i contacted support but there is no response for about 3hrs....plz kabam give me something in exchange for double recharge...or refund me the money plz.

    In general, you need to give support 1-2 business days to respond. Kabam has barely gotten into their office today and have other people to respond to as well.
