Remove the inability to dex photon’s special plz

For heimdall there was a way to avoid him throwing his sp2 that is indexable but for photon I don’t see any way to prevent hers, and she hits like a truck and it’s multiple beams dealing significant damage…

    Characters that don’t have dex or can block unblockables are your best options. Mr Sinister, Spidergwen, Mordo, Quicksilver, Nightcrawler, etc. Classic Daredevil should also be able to evade if he’s high sig
