Incursions side quest issue

As you can, i send invite for partner incursions & now if i tap on "enter solo"
It doesn't let me choose which sector/ threat level i want to do & straightaway start in threat level 1 zone1 !
.
I tried multiple exits , restarted the game ! Nothing much changed & i am not able to change sectors because invitations are still pending & if i want to enter solo! It enters me to threat lvl1 .

Enter threat level 1, quit out, wait 5 minutes for the timer
