AW defenders

We just completed war. My defenders are not able to be used in AQ. I just swapped out the defender I want to use, and it's still not available in AQ. 1 hour to matchmaking ends. Nothing should be locked anywhere.

Defenders are permanently (persistently) placed on the map, if you didn't change them out before matchmaking began then they will not be available until the end of the next war.

They lock when matchmaking begins? That's whack. Champs used to not be locked on defense until attack phase started.
