I need help with potential awakenings and rank ups

So I have 5 star Nick fury valkrae omega red and future ant man and am unsure which are worthy to spend the resources on (only have 1 skill awakening gem) my current squad is scorpion ice man galan heimdal and wasp so I’m unsure which ones I should take up

Give that skill gem to Nick fury and R5 him then focus on Shuri she's decent after buff and doesn't need awakening.
