Loging in

I’m having trouble logging in .new update for iOS 16.6 . Done all trouble shoot options and still not available .hope this gets fixed soon still in alliance wars fighting .and there better be reimbursement for the issues .considering the amount of money I have spent on this game and time.

    And you will not be reimbursed for anything, it’s an iOS issue, not a Kabam issue

    If they want their customers to play considering they’re a multimillion dollar company .they should be on top of issues such as this. I have had numerous bug problems over the last 6 months. I’ve been playing this game for 5 to 6 years .and never had this many problems ..occasionally a bug here there but nowhere to this extent.

    iOS 16.6 issue, related to GameCenter.

    2 suggestions below (which different amount of what you have to do), to restore being able to login to game.

    Logout (or disable) GameCenter.
    Then log back into GameCenter (or keep disabled if you don’t need it).

    -or- if that doesn’t work, you may have to also do the following extra steps..
    Logout (disable) GameCenter.
    Uninstall MCOC, reboot device, reinstall MCOC.
    Then log back into GameCenter.

    Because it’s impacting many games using gamecenter due to the iOS version you recently upgraded to. Kabam didn’t push the iOS update to your device.

    I understand what you’re saying but they should be on top of all updates .regardless if it is an android iOS or pc problem .

    No already seen that . I ve tried what has been suggested numerous times and no cigar.I’ll have to wait it out until there is a solution .by the way are you trying to be helpful or annoying?

    If the exact message you see is as below pic, then everyone else who have been having this problem ever since the nearly 3 weeks ago since iOS 16.6 came out, have been having success from the solutions mentioned.

    Tried tried and tried several times still isn’t logging in.I have sign out of game Centre deleted mcoc and turned of iPad .then turned on iPad logged back in to game Centre then reinstalled mcoc and still get the same picture as above . Not the internet connection or a storage problem .I have over 200gb of storage so not the problem.been well over 14 hours since I was last on .getting annoyed .

    hi this is my first time in the forums. I've been a player in the game for 9 years now and i can't get into the game I don't know if is because I have 5 accounts or the is a really bad connection issues. on my end its failed to log in. I've deleted the game and restart my phone but nothing is working. I'm starting to get nervous bc i need to attack in war so I hope this can help but this game is all I have that makes me happy. this game is my childhood.

    I’m having the same issue as well, and I’ve tried all of the techniques thus far to fix it. I could maybe roll back the iOS if it’s possible, but I’m not sure if that can be done or if it would fix it. I’m concerned that this will affect my progress on the platinum track that I purchased and I will be unable to get all rewards due to the delays. If so then I won’t be buying the other two in the future. I understand it’s technically not Kabam’s fault, but also some of us players aren’t able to login to get time sensitive rewards or meet the requirements for them. This isn’t fun either way, and I hope us players who can’t login don’t get shafted with any events or rewards.
