Bg - Timer

Hello, i tried multiple solution to get match but for nothing. Waiting +30 mins without any match with a deck full of r 5/4/3. Tried with and without elder's mark.

Then i builded a full r3 deck, same thing. Again the same when i try with a full 5* deck... I don't know What to do anymore to be able to play BG

Am i the only one in this situation ?
