Juggs inverted control immunity isn‘t working in EQ 1.1

I tried to use Juggernaut against Ronan boss in 1.1, but his inverted control immunity isn‘t working? Is this a Juggs only issue or are other inverted control immun champs like Prof X or Mister Sinister also not working against this node?

    I used Wiccan and he worked just fine. Are you sure he still had the gem of cyttorak? The Power Sting's from that node likely disabled it.
