[Android]MCOC Global Chat Box And BG is not Working

My In game Chat boxes are not working....AQ,AW,GLOBAL, FRIEND chats all are not working also I am facing issue in BG matchmaking .

I'm a android user Xiaomi Redmi 5 plz try to fix asap. Thanks
