Bug in collecting Gold Track rewards that expire very soon after they become available

Right now, my reward stash timer is set to expire on rewards in 23:45 (screenshot below). Just before the new content drop time at 10 AM PDT, the timer was about 32 minutes. This was weird because I don't have any rewards that will expire for over a day.

What I realized is that my Gold Track rewards are on an expiration timer even though I cannot actually collect them. At 10 AM PDT, a revive and 300 units (Day 26 Gold Track rewards) appeared in my stash with a 32 minute timer. Luckily I was online and could grab them. Before they did not appear and I could not have collected them earlier even if I wanted.

My issue now is that tomorrow, I will have a 10 minute window between when Day 27 Gold Track rewards (6* crystal and other goodies) will become available before they expire. Am I expected to have to log in within this short window to be able to collect this reward? If I don't, will I (and others) lose these rewards completely? Please tell me this is an unintended bug that will be fixed ASAP.

The Double Track doesn't end until Thursday and the final rewards become available tomorrow. It'll be a 24 hour window to claim the Day 27 rewards. The expiration in your stash is just a visual bug.

That's not consistent with the rewards system we've used to date. The stash expiration is the timer that matters over all others. It's just that normally the timer is long enough that rewards sit there for 7 or more days. This isn't a problem for most rewards because the majority aren't locked behind a timer like the Gold Track ones are. In this situation, the stash timer will expire 10 minutes after they become available.

More importantly, this can't be just an issue for me. I fear everyone is going to have this problem, and it's going to result in people missing rewards because they expire so quickly after they are open to be claimed.

I'm not sure about any others, but these rewards will be claimable for 24 hours from the Double Track. It probably should go to the stash for an extended period of time, not sure why it doesn't.

Why do you think they will be claimable for 24 hours when the timer shows they will not? I don't understand what you're basing this view on.

Circled in red is the countdown to when the day 27 rewards will be available to claim, circled in green is the countdown to when the Double Track event will end. The Double Track will end 24 hours after the day 27 rewards are claimable.

Why do you think they will be claimable for 24 hours when the timer shows they will not? I don't understand what you're basing this view on.

I get this, but if the rewards expire in the stash, they won't be claimable even if the event continues. I'm not saying the event will close; I'm saying the rewards will be gone 10 minutes after they can be claimed. If what you're saying is true, none of the other rewards in the Gold Track would even have timers in the stash other than the event's conclusion. So far every reward has had a normal timer expiration that's sooner than when the event ends.

I really don't think that's the case. If they expire in the stash, they will likely still be claimable from the Double Track screen. If not, I'm sure Kabam will address that issue tomorrow, even if we just have to send support tickets in.
