Quick claim event crystal

I tapped quick claim from the main screen and the event crystal was gone from my inventory with the timer counting down as if it had just been claimed. Restarted the game and the crystal was still not there

    I swear I got a game notification saying to claim it and i feel like the timer should’ve started after the event started and not when I first logged in

    The timers start when the event starts. The notifications that went out were incorrect. It's stupid but that's how it is unfortunately
