Are these the correct paragon rewards?

Please correct me if i'm wrong, but dont these rewards for the paragon Legends quest seem incorrect? Every other progression has a mix of rank up materials and crystals but Paragon doesnt? And I know there are Exploration rewards and full completion rewards for both chapters but what about Paragon players that cant get the hang of the Brutaldlx difficulty? (Im not one of those players myself but gotta look out for the little guy)
