If synergies were enables for AW defense, which synergies would be an absolute menace to deal with?

Examples:
Kitty with Tigra. Makes her unblockable for the majority of the match.
Abomination with Red Guardian. Either use poison immune champ, or die
Bishop synergies. Grants him 3 bars instantly which means instant KO (unless you use iceman)
Heimdall, kinda obvious
