As it current state, I would agreed it might be a bit OP of a crystal.

However remove a couple of things, like the 7* selector (of course), the Mastery Core, maybe reduce the quality of the rest of items (a little bit) and honestly it make a lot of sense to rename is as a Paragon Daily Crystal.
