Based on that video the only time you don't gain power is when there's a power drain debuff on you, so that's probably why

Bruh that wouldn't make any sense power drain isn't power lock it would've drained my power not locked it and I would still be able to gain power

Besides there's been times where she didn't power drain me and I'm still not gaining power this is just me getting mad about it and recording then putting on the forums

If power drain is stronger than your power gain you would gain no power. Essentially making it a "power lock"</blockquote offense but that's not how power drain works 🤦🏼 like at all you can obviously see I'm not even getting the passive power gain buff maybe next time actually watch the video to see what going on and know what each champion's abilities do

My bad. But it looks like you were power drained in the clip right before you started charging heavy to gain power. Maybe some kind of weird interaction where you were "locked" by the power drain? I wasn't paying close enough attention during my fights to see if that's the same thing that happened to me

Does it happen with every champ u use to fight her or have only fought her with shang cheese?

I’ve had the same issue along with members of my alliance. And it’s been with multiple champs.
