Quicksilver lock in mechanic broken?

Hi all,

I’ve been starting to learn Quicksilver more and I’ve just noticed the lock in mechanic isn’t working at the moment? It’s definitely not working on parries which it used to. Has anyone else noticed that as well?

    Stun from parry isn’t personal, it’s from masteries, so sig shouldn’t work for it

    Wouldn’t that mean that part of the signature is a little redundant since I think he’s only got access to one stun in his whole kit?

    I’m still learning to use him so any information on how to improve is always good. It’s a genuine question, I’m sure there’s things about playing Quicksilver that I have no idea about. But if you feel like being a smart ass then be my guest.
