Act 4 mastery points...

So I never explored act 4, just did intital completion years ago. With this update to 4, the mastery points have been added to completion instead of exploration, however I didn't receive them. Is this a bug, or am I just never gonna get those extra points due to me not exploring act 4 before the update?

I never intended to explore act 4 since the exploration rewards were bland for my progress in the game.
