Description of the Issue: Scarlet Witch on node 4 of path A has a Power Shield Buff that is supposed to cause basic attacks to deal no damage but still generate power and special attacks to deal 400% extra damage. The node is causing the basic attacks to not deal damage OR generate power, making it impossible to defeat the defender.
