Is kabam still reworking old champions to buff them or is that scrapped? Just curious

Do you really believe in that? Or just joking? Buff program is dead. We are still “waiting” for the bpcw buff, which was promised about a year ago or even more. And there are many champs, that need some love. But it will not happen. There are so many bugs and instabilities in every single update, which should be fixed in a short period of time, so dev team always have work. The main reason why new champs are getting buffs is because Kabam wants to make money. If a newer champ has smth wrong with abilities or damage, but people like this champ because of animations or lore, they have a thought in their heads, that it can be improved in the future, so people are ready to spend. But old champs cannot bring Kabam real money. Buffing them is just QoL, but also it’s a difficult process because these champs shouldn’t be as powerful as newer ones, because again, it will not help to make money.
