Is kraven worth the rank up ?

I heard that the recent update has nerfed him so much that people wanted a rank down ticket. Is he that bad now?

It’s definitely a serious nerf. I don’t use him so I can’t really speak on whether or not to rank him up, but he’s still a tricky defender and seems usable on offense. Again, take that with a grain of salt as I’m not an expert on Kraven.
