Upgrade four star or five star?

Hello! Should I upgrade my four star crossbones to rank 4 or my five star capt America to rank 2? tier 4 basics are still a limited resource for me.

I would rank 5 my 4 stars Crossbones for RTTL, trust me it will save you tons of units/revives in the future.
