BG , global chat , alliance chat etc issue

I am currently in diamond 2 but I can't find any match , still trying it has been half a day now. Also I can't help alliance help session, general session showing no resent activity even though I opened a crystal. Plus I can't see or write any massage in global chat even in alliance chat.
