This month feels like too much content is bombarded on us outta nowhere . EQ , SQ , DLX , BG ..all 4 are heck grindy honestly , and now i feel like not doing anything lol .

The fun factor is missing this month by miles but somewhere i feel the fear of missing out .

What do you guys think about this month ?

    They do but to be fair I agree with them here, I don’t understand the complaints of too much content. It’s much better than having nothing to do in the game (even if a lot of it is grindy stuff like lower-end DLX challenge difficulties or the 1/2 star arena).

    Still did everything in a space of two weeks now I have only BG to play. I wish every month was like this in mcoc content wise

    Many people want to retain a relevant account and stay competitive, and feel obliged to clear all content every month.
    If it happens a lot of content drops at a month and they are busy IRL for a reason, FOMO strikes them and posts like this pop up at forums 😉
    Reminder for them and to all of us:
    Even if you “lose” a month or more the game allows you to catch up quickly, and after all it’s just a game anyway 🙂

    The abundance of content is not the problem. It is the lack of creativity, needless lengthy, bugged, confusing, and grindy recycled events. This year, especially recently, there's been a strong push to ramp up daily engagement through daily logins and timed events which are getting longer and more costly to buy your way out of or through. Best advice, play at your own pace to maintain happiness and try not to keep up with the jones. Afterall, it is just zeros and ones.

    This post was probably meant to earn some agrees. It totally backfired. DLX was a slog yes, but how can you complain about too much content? You can complain when we need to watch a 15 second ad after every fight

    I don't think the issue is too much content but what kind of content has been released together. Incursions needs 100 rooms across 6 difficulties to clear all objectives, with regular returns for weekly objectives. DLX is 42 lanes of the same 6 fights repeated. Battlegrounds has extra tiers with higher token reqs for progression to cater for a seeding process that isn't even here yet. There is plenty to do in the game which is still better than content-dry months, but the creative vision is certainly lacking this month.

    The is still so much time left to do all the content. There is no need to rush through everything (or even do everything), pace it out and it's a pretty good month.

    You said it yourself, you have the “fear of missing out”. Stop letting that fear control you and enjoy what you want. Want to focus on SQ for a day or so? Do that. Would rather do Battlegrounds? Do that. You’re not forced to do anything. This has been a nice change of pace for many people.

    This is such a bad take. I can flash back about two weeks. We had no war. No BGs. No AQ during those 3-day intervals. And it was the end of the month so most meaningful EQ and SQ work was done.

    We now have a SQ with weekly milestones that require extended incursion runs or daily play. I do think Kabam’s daily objective is a huge help, but at a minimum, it’s a SQ mode many don’t play.

    War is war. It’s stressful but not time consuming for most. For officers, it requires attention and a certain mental load.

    BGs is WAY more time intensive this season than last. The removal of the juicy milestones at the end removed the incentive to play for many lesser accounts. This made a more competitive pool. On top of that, Kabam stretched the VT medal requirements and added more tiers. For a near-average player, it’s a much longer path, and you don’t even get better rewards because the solo event was nerfed. To the extent you collect milestones for new tiers, you still miss out on time to build a GC score so it’s a break even proposition.

    The DLX challenge is a grindfest for lower levels and it didn’t need to be. Act completion or chapter 2 rewards could’ve held the same loot that’s in current quest exploration and saved us half or more of those nonsense fights.

    In conclusion, for everyone throwing around language like “damned if you do, damned if you don’t,” I have this say:

    You’re the goober who was pulled over on the side of the highway with police. And you’re screaming, “you gave me a ticket for going 5mph on the highway, then you gave me another for going 105mph. I’m damned if I do and damned if I don’t.”

    It’s not binary. You can drive 55 like everyone else. 55 instead of 5. 55 instead of 105.

    This is what we got at the same time:

    Special arenas
    SQ
    Incursion SQ
    Daily Halls of Gold/potion/iso
    BrutalDLX challenge

    All of those are time limited features, along with that we also have AW season and AQ

    Not even counting permanent content that many ppl havent cleared yet such as story, variants, etc

    Congratulations for smashing it out, although incursions refresh every week.
    It is difficult to do everything if you have an normal activity life, work 10hrs a day, cook, clean, family, house work, gardens, entertainment then game. This is a lot of people's weeks chores
