I was joking that he is physically buff haha

He is a trophy champ and therefore will probably never get a buff, unless via synergies.

Some time ago, Kabam apparently stated that trophy champions (Kang, Thanos, etc) would be buffed after all other champions needing buffs had received them.

So, sadly that effectively means never.
