Missing Items in Stash [Merged Threads]

Hi ppl ,
For some reason the overflow inventory is empty in my account , Even the T2 Alpha that cant be sold , Anyone else having the same issue ?
Didnt know where to report this hence posting here

12 t4 basic, 13 t2 alpha, 5 energy refills, atleast 2000 iso pieces and a bunch of potions to clear the legends event.all gone. Right as the level up event started.

I've checked both my accounts, they still have the stash going to the next 28 days. One on my iPad other on my google pixel so don't think it's OS related.

I hope they can get this back, there is no way a blanket compensation can accurately get everyone. I was saving so much up for the featured today. I’m going to go by memory on my largest items that I had in overflow

10-12 t5b
Around 30 t3a
War compensation
Aq rewards rank 350ish
10-12 energy refills
5 level 4 aw pots
Misc lower level health pots and revives
Small boosts. 15% and 10% attack boosts
8% mutant
A ton of iso; like an absurd amount
A few alliance bg rewards; didn’t want to go over the limit
Misc small rank up catalysts
Misc alloy/embers

I got to be on the high end, but that’s a lot of time and effort invested to get those materials.

Restart did not solve the issue for me either. I have lost everything!! @Kabam Miike any information would be greatly appreciated about this matter. As people are really going to be in an uproar over this. Especially if this starts happening to the Whale Accounts. Thanks.

To all those saying a restart fixed it, they will disappear again. Mine keep popping in and out of existence. Got some class clown thanos at the back of the class just snapping every few minutes I guess.

Restarting didn’t fix it for me either, unfortunately.

So I just logged in and all of my inventory is gone. What is going on I had a **** ton of items, iso, and catalysts. Please return to me. And no they were not about to expire

Did that. What I got in the crystal went to stash, closed the game and now that's gone too.

I was fine until I restarted now all my stuff is gone. What a mess…..

My stash looks intact but my inventory is cleaned out. Completely. Even after restart.

Yup. Every time I open 1 crystal I get everything back but restarting game make them disappear again
