We need champs who are COMPLETELY degen immune

The game has too many champs and nodes that inflict degen, and not any degen immune champs to counter that. We need champs who are COMPLETELY degen immune. Not partially degen immune, not degen immune for a short time, not degen immune during certain moments, not degen immune if they have no buffs, not degen immune with a specific synergy, etc etc.

Simply degen immune.

I think Mr Negative regen when he gets degen debuff.. not sure how effective.. Spider-ham seems effective too.

I think champs who fly should be immune to root mechanics. Would be a nice way to counter one of the most annoying mechanics of the game.

Root is extremely easy to manage, doesn’t need a counter.

The way I see it, degen is kinda like what happened to half the planet after Thanos snapped the gauntlet. It makes sense that nobody would be immune to that

That's not quite correct. Sure, if possible you do want to push them to two but once you go above 6 spider nonsense you can keep them below two bars and still be immune to degen, you just have to make sure spider nonsense doesn't go above 8, if it does you just parry drop a heavy and you're back to 6. I used Spider Ham a lot in 6.1 when I first went for exploration back in the day and it's not hard at all, if that seems tough to you you need to get good, sorry 🙂

If they were to add a degen immune champ, maybe a zombie version of a character. Like a zombie dr strange or Iron man, because their body is already decomposing and degenerated, how could you degenerate them even more? Or for a new character, if they ever add Dracula that could work as he is already dead.

Brute force, bane,no retreat,Icarus, starburst they made all these nodes around degen and you want a champ who bypasses all of them? Nah using spiderman,negative,ihulk for them is much more fun then just going in with a immune champ

I loved this idea.

This came up when ppl suggested this same thing but not against root, against Quake s aftershock, and it was shutdown, so i think this idea will prob have the same fate :S

Back in the days of Playdom's Avengers Alliance this was a thing - certain attacks were designated as "Ground" attacks which would be ignored by characters with the "Flying" effect. Man I loved that game...

You got many options, Silk, Spidey 2099, Quicksilver, and probably a few others don't use dexterity to dodge and thus can dodge Heimdalls sp2, or you could just remove Heimdalls armor up and his sp2 is no longer unblockable
