Who to r4

All unduped but I have 3 generic gems and 1 skill gem so they would just be at low sig since I don't really have sig stones

Don’t know about Kate, but I’ve got an unawakened R4 scorpion. He is definitely great

Either Shang or Scorp, Kate can keep up with r4 defenders at r3 easily, especially at high sig, I still have mine at r3 and don't really plan on taking her to r4 anytime soon.

Shang is perfectly fine at r3, doesn't change much at r4. So either other one
