As far as I'm aware from my BGs match ups no.
Nick gets rid of any AA effects active or passive when his decoy is destroyed, even with a lot of Neurotoxins.
In case you don't know, Penny Parker and Toad can bypass entirely NF's second life 😉

Technically no but you can get lucky. If you apply a neuro right after he starts second life, while second life does happen he never gains any life and dies as soon as the invulnerability ends. Same as any heal block champ.

Just tested it in case there was an unannounced update that I missed. It still works like Ebony said.
