AQ - Still not healing after heal block expires

I was fighting unstoppable colossus in AQ map 6 and got hit by his sp3 and was therefore heal blocked. However, when it expired, I noticed I was still not healing and it ended up costing me the fight. I have attached a lab Imgur link that has the video of me not healing and then a screenshot of my masteries to show that I have willpower unlocked.
