Can't complete sq milestones

I bought everything there is in both stores and I haven't come close to completing all of the solo objectives. So how am I supposed to complete those objectives if there's nothing left available for me to buy?...that seems kinda messed up

What story advancement are you? The earlier ones won't have enough to buy to fulfil the milestones. You'll likely need to be at least Thronebreaker, if not Paragon, to get all the milestones.
