Kabam already screwed our season

First of all we are doing pretty bad this season after winning the first war, we lost the next 3 wars and have some small hope in a comeback after winning the last 2 wars.
But now lets get to the point where kabam screwed us:
1. the offseason war that counted for war rating made us fall to a war Rating of 3105 which Made us start in tier 2
2. After winning the last 2 wars we are up to a war Rating of 3102 and suprise, we are up in tier 2 again.
So either the tier is right and we were screwed the first 2 wars or the tier is wrong and we are getting more points then we should.
Kabams Communication about the issues with AW is totally aweful and pretty much non existing. Is there any possibility that we get an Update about this or will it be left as it is?
