Fix this ZEMO bug immediatly

So Zemo’s got a bug against a lot of champions, if they heavy attack while rooted he will WHIFF the first medium attack after a special 2, resulting in: 1. No bleed applied to the opponent, which is very bad
2. No power gained from that attack, which is very bad
3. You will get hit in the face by that heavy attack if the defender is aggressive and throws it immediatly, which is very bad
I reached peak frustration just now when I died to Gauntlet Black Panther because of this bug, so @Kabam Miike look into this immediatly please.
