Incursions Legends Title

Hey I know this has probably been asked and answered before but I struggle to find specific threads in this forum for some reason. Does anybody know if Kabam said when we would get the legends title for the Zone 25 run this month in incursions? I'm assuming it is when the event finishes but I'm not too sure as I can't remember it being said.
