The Champion reveal is here. First of all, obviously we are getting Gladiator (the summoner’s choice). The second champion looks like an OG Iron Man rework or it could be a new Iron Man.

I won't tell you what I think, but what I know.

Og iron man is getting a rework which is taking the place of a new Champion and will be treated as if he was a new Champion. This means prerelease bundle, his own featured arena, goes into the titan crystal, and is subject to the 6 months rebalance program.

Finally.

Old champions getting reworked is a fantastic direction for this game to put more life into it rather than having a good few champs look/feel like utter **** like Magik is as of right now.

I've given my list in the Champion rework thread for who needs them but Iron Man is a great start for that, interesting how they still decide to go for the MCU suit when they could've given him the "Invincible Iron Man" suit he had in the Contest of Champions comic run as a nod to that but this is still great.

And he looks good too. The profile image is a bit weird imo from what Richman showed and Tony could look up a bit more to show the eyes a bit more and not be almost 1:1 with the Spider-Man pose.

Gonna have to use him more to give opinions on visual side for how his 5 hit combo is (since he uses his boosters for all those attacks which seems weird) but a great job tbh
