Has anyone ever had this problem?

I’m a paragon who’s been playing for a year or so, and since I’ve breezed through content, I’m only level 58. I have the resources to r2 my 7* hulk but it doesn’t matter since I don’t have the storage to hold the catalysts in order to rank up. Where can I grind xp? I’ve already 100% act 1-4. Thanks!

    Act 4 with xp boosters has always been to go to spot for grinding xp but if you don't mind actively playing then you might as well pop on the boosters and explore act 5

    Any specific quest and does act 5 give much more xp if I don’t care about rewards?
