Mini BGs rant
So, after nearly 10 seasons, I feel like something needs to change. As it stands, there's a large handful of Champs that are just win buttons on attack, and it's impossible to ban them all. Fury, AA, Kitty, CGR, Torch, Herc (usually), and Galan, and then to a lesser extent Champs like Nimrod, Scorpion, Peni, and Mole Man.
I don't know exactly how to fix it, because I feel like a season wide ban on Champs (like in AW) would rub people the wrong way. But with some of these Champs, you can practically ignore the nodes because they're so strong. Even this season, Champs like CGR (who typically require a parry-heavy playstyle) are able to nuke Champs in 25 seconds or less.
It just seems silly that a mode that's always getting new nodes/metas just turns into "ignore the nodes and see who can nuke faster". Again, I have no idea how to fix it in a fair way, but just venting a bit after 10 seasons of nukefest.
Anyone else have any of these same complaints?
