Does Hulkbuster synergy get screwed by iron man buff?

Does HB still get 30% or are they both getting nerfed to 15??

Pretty certain that means all other synergies iron man is involved in

Champion spotlight states it stays the same for HB

They added more damage to his basic kit.
I'd rather have a beast boosted 15% vs a turd boosted 30%. 😇
