It stands to reason if enough summoners like myself have been continuously screwed by Kabam; and more importantly strong armed with vague verbiage by their HR departments; that a simple group of 15 of so filing collective charges might actually cause them to fix this **** show of an organization. So if im getting this right.

Since many of us have been screwed by Kabam (you didn't specify how, so this is confusing. RNG isn't them screwing us btw) and since their HR department (which doesn't communicate with the community) tells us things that are vague, that 15 or so summoners should file a class action lawsuit so they can fix their organization, increase transparency and accountability for things that happen with the game?

Do you work for them? If not I don't see why you would have any interaction with the hr department.

are you hurt because you willingly spent money on crystals but instantly regret it because you got bad pulls but blame kabam for rigging the rng when it is you that has no self control?

and if I recall is there something in the TOS that also prevents you from being part of a class action?
