War enlistment cancelled by system

My alliance was enlisted to 2 bg war. When matchmaking started, it said we didn't enlist for this war. Last time I checked was 3 hours before matchmaking and we were enlisted. No one touched that.
Not only that but now my defender are "in war" (that we don't have) and can't be used in quest.
That's the 3rd time it happens this season. Missed 2 wars because of this bug (the second time someone cought it in time and was able to change it).
