Wiccan doesn't heal the right amount

Wiccan's 1st ability let's him heal 7% (I think) and all debuff damage. However he only ever heals like 3%. And yes, I am aware of heal blocks or reductions, and it's not those. Even when I do an arena or duel it doesn't work. It's been like this for over 8 months so I don't know if it's a bug or something. Does anyone have the same problem? And does anyone know why this is happening? Thank you

If I recall correctly he heals *missing* health not max health so that’s why he may not be healing as much as you’re expecting.

Missing health is what it means, the health you’re missing. So you might think if Wiccan is at 93% health, that he should go to 100% because he regens 7% health. However, he regens 7% of *missing* health meaning he regens 7% of that lost 7% health which doesn’t amount to a whole lot. It becomes stronger the more health is lost.

It's the fake hustle of regens, low % of missing health. The 100% part is for energy based burst damage and damaging debuffs. It's probably working but it mostly sucks too much to make a difference except in certain situations.

It helps a lot in BG where the smallest amount more in health can mean a win or a loss.

Also, healing Missing health is better for defenders.

On defense, standard Regeneration doesn't scale with modified health.

Regeneration of Missing health does.
