Wiccan doesn't heal the right amount
Wiccan's 1st ability let's him heal 7% (I think) and all debuff damage. However he only ever heals like 3%. And yes, I am aware of heal blocks or reductions, and it's not those. I Need Tips on How to Play Torch
Human Torch is one of the bets Champs in the game, easily top 10. But I don't like him. I'm terrible with him. I don't know how to use Torch properly. Does anyone have any tips or guides?
