How to collect Primordial Dust

Hello everybody ! I don't understand how to collect Primordial Dust, I don't have enough to use it on my 5* champion.

where to earn or find it?

could this be a mistake? I received 75 dust and I need 100.

@ahmynuts I finished every Cap Event and I have 180/200 so not enough for a 6*.

But I raised 3 of my 5* champs (WeapX, Apoc, Magik)
