Anyone holding their 7* shards until Titan goes into Basic in October?

With the Titan pool coming to basic pool in October (I'm personally not sure of the date), and the ability to obtain Titan shards a tad easier, is anyone even with a smaller 7 star roster saving their shards, or just opening them as they come?
