can NOT log in

Do a Forums search here for “iOS 16.6”

You see see a workaround for Apple's 16.6 bug.
It involves turning off, or logging out from, Apple GameCenter, and then starting MCOC again.

(note, I’m assuming this is your issue, that you just recently updated to iOS 16.6)
