Should I use my science gem

Hello guys I’ve got a science awakening gem and I don’t know if I should use it on any of my undupped science champ could you tell me if any of these champs deserves it

just use if you need to do some content, void i think is the only one who has the most significant awakening ability out of those (for attack purposes).
