Paragon gauntlet

So i became paragon today after exploring the monthly eq tb difficulty.the issues i am facing is that paragon gauntlet is still locked and it says the same thing..i have to be paragon and explor the tb difficulty...what should i do

The object shows after becoming Paragon. You can't claim it because you didn't explore TB as Paragon.

I also recieving the same problem regarding thb eq , I had explored tbh eq when I was thronebreaker and as now I become Paragon I didn't get any token. In events it showing but not considering that I had explored thb eq fully even I explored 100 %.
