    If its just those 2 then definitely go for fantman. Lds damage scaling is really wierd so i doubt shed do anymore damage at r4. Looking at your other tech champs id say ultron idoom ghost and warlock are pretty good r4 choices

    Fantman. Lady D scales a bit weird but she’s a great option too
